All orders are processed within 2-3 business days by our non-profit organization.
We have connections with premium quality shipping companies which are delivering your order to your chosen shipping address in excellent condition. The duration of shippment depends on the chosen shipping company. For more information please check the websites of these shipping companies:
Delivery days are from Monday to Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
After dispatching of your ordered product the tracking numbers will be emailed to you with which you can follow your package.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, please contact to the chosen shippment company via email or telephone.
Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, delivery companies may be delayed in delivering of ordered products. After dispatch of your ordered product, please contact to the delivery company based on your tracking numbers.
We offer free standard shipping if you order more than two capsules boxes. No hidden charges apply.

You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us:

We also take fraud very seriously too, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer.
To add your card details, just login to your account and click on 'Payment methods'. From here, you can add your payment details and save them to your account. When you come to pay for your order, you can select one of your saved payment methods to pay for your order.
If you don’t want to save your payment details to your account, then you can also enter them when you get to checkout. If there is no payment details saved to your account, then you’ll be asked to enter them when you click 'Place Order'.
Return & Exchange Policy
By purchasing AIDPRESSO you will be supporting coffee farms communities through our non-profit organization. For this reason, please bear in mind that refunds or returns of any kind cannot be made as the profits will be directed to the coffee farm communities supported by our project. We appreciate your understanding and support to a good cause.
